Lauren Damaso-Ruiz – Newest Member of the Balmoral Team

Balmoral Systems are extremely proud of Lauren, one of the newest members of our team. Lauren joined us on 13th December 2017 as an apprentice engineer, and has settled in extremely well.

Balmoral are supporting Lauren, so that she can complete her apprenticeship successfully. This month, Lauren passed the BSI and BAFE British Fire Consortium Approved Extinguisher Technician course. Not only did she pass but she achieved a distinction.

Working as an employee with Balmoral, enables Lauren to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviour she needs to achieve her apprenticeship. Lauren combines what is learnt in the workplace, with formal off-the-job training outside the normal working environment, enabling her to gain the best experience possible.

In April, Lauren will be start the Fire and Security Systems Technician 3 year Course at Yeovil College. This will allow her to develop the necessary skills and experience to become a Security Installer. She will be specialising in Fire Emergency and Security Systems, and we are very excited for her to complete this Course and become a qualified Security System Installer.
