Dry Riser Testing
The person responsible for a building or site is legally required to maintain Dry Risers. The Dry Riser is an essential piece of fire protection, allowing water to be transported to floors on high rise buildings. They can be prone to neglect and damage, so ensuring they are maintained to the current standards is crucial. The British Standards Code of Practice BS9990: requires a full annual pressure test and a visual check.
Our Dry Riser Service & Maintenance includes:
- Full annual wet pressure test
- Six monthly visual check
- All testing is completed by experienced engineers conforming to BS9990: 2006
- A remedial works sheet will be produced and advice given if defects are found
